2 Kings 20:19

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “The word of the Lord which you have spoken is good.” For he thought, “Is it not good, if [at least] there will be peace and security in my lifetime?”

Then said Hezekiah unto Isaiah, Good is the word of the Lord which thou hast spoken. And he said, Is it not good, if peace and truth be in my days?

Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “If God says it, it must be good.” But he was thinking to himself, “It won’t happen during my lifetime—I’ll enjoy peace and security as long as I live.” 20-21 The rest of the life and times of Hezekiah, along with his projects, especially the way he engineered the Upper Pool and brought water into the city, are written in The Chronicles of the Kings of Judah. Hezekiah died and was buried with his ancestors. His son Manasseh became the next king.

“The message the Lord has spoken through you is good,” Hezekiah replied. He thought, “There will be peace and safety while I’m still living.”

“The word of the Lord you have spoken is good,” Hezekiah replied. For he thought, “Will there not be peace and security in my lifetime?”

‘The word of the Lord you have spoken is good,’ Hezekiah replied. For he thought, ‘Will there not be peace and security in my lifetime?’

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “This message you have given me from the Lord is good.” For the king was thinking, “At least there will be peace and security during my lifetime.”

فَقَالَ حَزَقِيَّا لإِشَعْيَاءَ: «صَالِحٌ قَوْلُ الرَّبِّ الَّذِي أَعْلَنْتَهُ». ثُمَّ حَدَّثَ نَفْسَهُ: «لِمَ لا؟ إِنْ كَانَ السَّلامُ وَالأَمَانُ يَسُودَانِ فِي أَيَّامِي».

„Det er godt at høre fra Herren,” sagde Hizkija. Han tænkte ved sig selv: „Der er i det mindste fred og ro, så længe jeg lever.”

Hiskia sagte nur: »Der Herr weiß, was er tut; ich beuge mich seinem Urteil. Wenn nur zu meinen Lebzeiten noch Frieden und Ruhe herrschen!« Hiskias Tod (2. Chronik 32,32‒33)

그러자 히스기야왕은 적어도 자기 시대에는 평화와 안전이 있을 것을 알고 “당신이 말한 여호와의 말씀은 다 좋습니다” 하고 대답하였다.

‘Goed,’ vond Hizkia, ‘als dit is wat de Here wil, dan heb ik daar vrede mee.’ Bovendien dacht hij: ‘Er zal tenminste vrede en veiligheid heersen gedurende de rest van mijn leven.’

Respondeu Ezequias ao profeta: “Boa é a palavra do Senhor que anunciaste”, pois ele entendeu que durante sua vida haveria paz e segurança.

“Essa é uma boa notícia da parte do Senhor”, respondeu Ezequias. É que pensou: “Pelo menos, haverá paz e segurança durante a minha vida!” O fim do reinado de Ezequias(2 Cr 32.32-33)

Ezechia i-a zis lui Isaia:– Cuvântul Domnului pe care l-ai rostit este bun. „De ce nu“, se gândea el, „atâta vreme cât în timpul vieţii mele va fi pace şi siguranţă?“

Hiskia svarade: ”Herrens ord, som du har talat, är gott.” Men för sig själv tänkte han: ”Det kommer åtminstone att vara fred och trygghet under min livstid.”

เฮเซคียาห์ตรัสตอบว่า “พระดำรัสขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตามที่ท่านว่ามาก็ดีอยู่” เพราะเฮเซคียาห์ดำริว่า “อย่างน้อยก็ยังจะมีความสงบสุขและความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในชั่วอายุของเราไม่ใช่หรือ?”

希西迦对以赛亚说：“耶和华借你说的话很好。”因为他想：“至少我有生之年将平安稳妥。”
