2 Corinthians 4:1

Therefore, since we have this ministry, just as we received mercy [from God, granting us salvation, opportunities, and blessings], we do not get discouraged nor lose our motivation.

Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;

1-2 Since God has so generously let us in on what he is doing, we’re not about to throw up our hands and walk off the job just because we run into occasional hard times. We refuse to wear masks and play games. We don’t maneuver and manipulate behind the scenes. And we don’t twist God’s Word to suit ourselves. Rather, we keep everything we do and say out in the open, the whole truth on display, so that those who want to can see and judge for themselves in the presence of God.

Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we received mercy, we do not lose heart,

Por eso nunca nos damos por vencidos, porque Dios mismo nos ha encomendado en su misericordia este servicio de proclamar el evangelio.

So because of God’s mercy, we have work to do. He has given it to us. And we don’t give up.

فَمَادَامَتْ لَنَا إِذَنْ هَذِهِ الْخِدْمَةُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنَ اللهِ، فَلا تَخُورُ عَزِيمَتُنَا.

Sám Pán Boh nám zo svojej milosti zveril poslanie, preto neklesáme na mysli.

เหตุฉะนั้นเพราะเรามีพันธกิจนี้โดยพระเมตตาของพระเจ้า เราจึงไม่ท้อใจ

我们既蒙怜悯，接受了这传福音的职分，就决不气馁。

我們既蒙憐憫，接受了這傳福音的職分，就決不氣餒。
