2 Chronicles 7:21

And as for this house, which was so exalted, everyone who passes by it will be astonished and appalled and say, ‘Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house?’

And this house, which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say, Why hath the Lord done thus unto this land, and unto this house?

وَيَغْدُو هَذَا الْهَيْكَلُ الَّذِي كَانَ شَامِخاً عِبْرَةً يُثِيرُ عَجَبَ كُلِّ مَنْ يَمُرُّ بِهِ، فَيَتَسَاءَلُ: لِمَاذَا صَنَعَ الرَّبُّ هَكَذَا بِهَذِهِ الأَرْضِ وَبِهَذَا الْهَيْكَلِ؟

Detta hus, som nu är så imponerande, ska var och en som går förbi, se på och häpet säga: Varför har Herren gjort så med detta land och detta tempel?
