2 Chronicles 6:5

‘Since the day that I brought My people out of the land of Egypt, I did not choose a city among all the tribes of Israel in which to build a house so that My Name (Presence) might be there, nor did I choose any man to be a leader over My people Israel;

Since the day that I brought forth my people out of the land of Egypt I chose no city among all the tribes of Israel to build an house in, that my name might be there; neither chose I any man to be a ruler over my people Israel:

‘Since the day that I brought My people from the land of Egypt, I did not choose a city out of all the tribes of Israel in which to build a house that My name might be there, nor did I choose any man for a leader over My people Israel;

‘I brought my people out of Egypt. Since then, a temple for my Name has not been built. I have not chosen a city in any tribe of Israel for that purpose. And I have not chosen anyone to be ruler over my people Israel.

‘Since the day I brought my people out of Egypt, I have not chosen a city in any tribe of Israel to have a temple built so that my Name might be there, nor have I chosen anyone to be ruler over my people Israel.

“Since the day I brought my people out of Egypt, I have not chosen a city in any tribe of Israel to have a temple built so that my Name might be there, nor have I chosen anyone to be ruler over my people Israel.

‘From the day I brought my people out of the land of Egypt, I have never chosen a city among any of the tribes of Israel as the place where a Temple should be built to honor my name. Nor have I chosen a king to lead my people Israel.

مُنْذُ أَنْ أَخْرَجْتُ شَعْبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ مِصْرَ لَمْ أَخْتَرْ مَدِينَةً مِنْ بَيْنِ مُدُنِ جَمِيعِ أَسْبَاطِ إِسْرَائِيلَ لِبِنَاءِ هَيْكَلٍ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ اسْمِي هُنَاكَ، وَلا اصْطَفَيْتُ رَجُلاً يَمْلِكُ عَلَى شَعْبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ

‚Fra dengang jeg førte mit folk ud af Egypten, har jeg ikke udvalgt nogen by i Israel, hvor man kunne bygge et hus til mig. Jeg har heller ikke udvalgt nogen til at være konge over mit folk.

Eines Tages sagte Gott zu ihm: ›Seit ich mein Volk aus Ägypten in dieses Land geführt habe, habe ich in keinem der Stämme Israels eine Stadt ausgewählt, damit man dort einen Tempel für mich baut. Ich habe auch nie einen Mann dazu erwählt, über mein Volk zu regieren.

“Desde el día en que saqué de la tierra de Egipto a mi pueblo, no elegí ninguna ciudad de las tribus de Israel para que en ella se me construyera un templo donde yo habitara, ni elegí a nadie para que gobernara a mi pueblo Israel.

“Desde el día en que saqué de la tierra de Egipto a mi pueblo, no elegí a ninguna ciudad de las tribus de Israel para que en ella se me construyera un templo donde yo habitara, ni elegí a nadie para que gobernara a mi pueblo Israel.

« Depuis le jour où j’ai fait sortir mon peuple d’Egypte, je n’ai jamais choisi une ville particulière parmi toutes les tribus d’Israël pour qu’on y bâtisse un temple où je sois présent, et je n’ai pas choisi un homme pour qu’il soit le chef de mon peuple Israël[b].

‘Halin sang tion nga ginpaguwa ko ang akon katawhan nga mga Israelinhon sa Egipto, wala ako nagpili sang siyudad sa bisan ano nga tribo sang Israel agod patindugan sang templo para sa akon kadungganan, kag wala man ako nagpili sang hari nga magdumala sa akon katawhan nga mga Israelinhon.

‘Desde o dia em que tirei meu povo do Egito, não escolhi nenhuma cidade das tribos de Israel para nela construir um templo em honra ao meu nome, nem escolhi ninguém para ser o líder de Israel, o meu povo.

‘Nunca antes, desde que tirei o meu povo do Egito, tinha escolhido um local em Israel para aí construir o meu templo, um lugar onde o meu nome fosse glorificado; também nunca antes escolhera um rei para o meu povo Israel.

«Din ziua când Mi-am scos poporul din ţara Egiptului, nu am ales nici o cetate din toate seminţiile lui Israel ca să-Mi zidesc acolo o Casă pentru Numele Meu şi nici nu am ales pe cineva care să fie conducătorul poporului Meu, Israel,

«Со дня, когда Я вывел Мой народ из Египта, Я не избирал города ни в одном из родов Исраила, чтобы там построить храм для поклонения Мне, и не избирал никого в вожди для Своего народа Исраила.

«Со дня, когда Я вывел Мой народ из Египта, Я не избирал города ни в одном из родов Исраила, чтобы там построить храм для поклонения Мне, и не избирал никого в вожди для Своего народа Исраила.

’Jag har aldrig, sedan jag förde mitt folk ut ur Egypten, valt någon stad bland Israels stammar för att bygga ett hus för mitt namn. Jag har inte heller utvalt någon att vara furste över mitt folk Israel.

‘นับแต่วันที่เรานำประชากรของเราออกมาจากอียิปต์ เราไม่ได้เลือกเมืองของเผ่าใดเผ่าหนึ่งของอิสราเอลเพื่อสร้างวิหารขึ้นสถาปนานามของเรา หรือเลือกใครขึ้นมาเป็นผู้นำปกครองอิสราเอลประชากรของเรา

祂曾说，‘自从我把我的子民带出埃及以来，我并没有在以色列众支派中选出一座城建造殿宇作为我名所在之地，也没有选立一人做我以色列子民的君王。

他 说 ： 自 从 我 领 我 民 出 埃 及 地 以 来 ， 我 未 曾 在 以 色 列 众 支 派 中 选 择 一 城 建 造 殿 宇 为 我 名 的 居 所 ， 也 未 曾 拣 选 一 人 作 我 民 以 色 列 的 君 ；

祂曾說，『自從我把我的子民帶出埃及以來，我並沒有在以色列眾支派中選出一座城建造殿宇作為我名所在之地，也沒有選立一人做我以色列子民的君王。
