2 Chronicles 6:37

if they take it to heart in the land where they have been taken captive, and repent and pray to You in the land of their captivity, saying, ‘We have sinned, we have done wrong and have acted wickedly’;

Yet if they bethink themselves in the land whither they are carried captive, and turn and pray unto thee in the land of their captivity, saying, We have sinned, we have done amiss, and have dealt wickedly;

if they [t]take thought in the land where they are taken captive, and repent and make supplication to You in the land of their captivity, saying, ‘We have sinned, we have committed iniquity and have acted wickedly’;

But suppose your people change their ways in the land where they are held as prisoners. They turn away from their sins. They beg you to help them in the land where they are prisoners. They say, ‘We have sinned. We’ve done what is wrong. We’ve done what is evil.’

and if they have a change of heart in the land where they are held captive, and repent and plead with you in the land of their captivity and say, ‘We have sinned, we have done wrong and acted wickedly’;

and if they have a change of heart in the land where they are held captive, and repent and plead with you in the land of their captivity and say, “We have sinned, we have done wrong and acted wickedly”;

But in that land of exile, they might turn to you in repentance and pray, ‘We have sinned, done evil, and acted wickedly.’

فَإِنْ تَابُوا فِي أَرْضِ سَبْيِهِمْ، وَرَجِعُوا مُتَضَرِّعِينَ إِلَيْكَ قَائِلِينَ: قَدْ أَخْطَأْنَا وَانْحَرَفْنَا وَأَذْنَبْنَا،

og hvis de så kommer til fornuft i det land, hvor de er i fangenskab, og råber til dig: ‚Vi har handlet ondt og været ulydige mod Gud! Vi har syndet!’ 38-39 da hør deres bøn i din bolig i Himlen og hjælp dem, når de ærligt vender sig til dig og beder om hjælp, vendt mod det land, du gav deres forfædre, mod den by, du har udvalgt, og det hus, jeg har bygget til din ære. Tilgiv dit folk deres ulydighed mod dig.

kag kon sa ulihi magbag-o ang ila mga tagipusuon didto, kag maghinulsol sila kag magpakitluoy sa imo nga nagasiling, ‘Nakasala kami, kag malaot ang amon mga ginhimo,’

dacă acolo, în ţara unde au fost luaţi captivi, îşi vor cerceta inimile, dacă se vor întoarce la Tine şi vor căuta bunăvoinţa Ta în ţara captivităţii lor, spunând: «Am păcătuit, am greşit şi am săvârşit răul!»,

то если Твой народ переменится сердцем в земле, где будет пленником, если покается, станет молить Тебя в земле своего плена, говоря: «Мы согрешили, мы сотворили зло и поступали неправедно»,

och om de där i sitt fångenskapsland vänder om, åter vädjar till dig om nåd i sitt fångenskapsland och säger: Vi har syndat och handlat fel, vi har gjort det onda,

และถ้าเขากลับใจได้ในแดนเชลย สำนึกผิด ทูลวิงวอนต่อพระองค์ในดินแดนนั้น และทูลว่า ‘ข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายได้ทำบาป ข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายผิดไปแล้วและได้ประพฤติชั่ว’

若他们在那里回心转意，向你恳求，承认自己犯罪作恶了；

他 们 若 在 掳 到 之 地 想 起 罪 来 ， 回 心 转 意 ， 恳 求 你 说 ： 我 们 有 罪 了 ， 我 们 悖 逆 了 ， 我 们 作 恶 了 ；

若他們在那裡回心轉意，向你懇求，承認自己犯罪作惡了；
