2 Chronicles 6:26

“When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because Your people have sinned against You, and they pray toward this place and confess Your name, and turn from their sin when You afflict and humble them;

When the heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; yet if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, when thou dost afflict them;

“When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against You, and they pray toward this place and confess Your name, and turn from their sin when You afflict them;

“Suppose your people have sinned against you. And because of that, the sky is closed up and there isn’t any rain. But your people pray toward this place. They praise you by admitting they’ve sinned. And they turn away from their sin because you have made them suffer.

“When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because your people have sinned against you, and when they pray toward this place and give praise to your name and turn from their sin because you have afflicted them,

“If the skies are shut up and there is no rain because your people have sinned against you, and if they pray toward this Temple and acknowledge your name and turn from their sins because you have punished them,

إِذَا أُغْلِقَتْ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ وَانْحَبَسَ الْمَطَرُ لأَنَّ الشَّعْبَ قَدْ أَخْطَأَ إِلَيْكَ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى فِي هَذَا الْمَوْضِعِ مُعْتَرِفاً بِاسْمِكَ وَارْتَدَّ عَنْ خَطِيئَتِهِ لأَنَّكَ أَنْزَلْتَ بِهِ الْبَلاءَ.

Når dit folk synder, og regnen derfor udebliver, og de så vender om fra deres synd, fordi du har straffet dem, og de beder til dig om hjælp, vendt mod dette hus,

Quand le ciel sera fermé et refusera de donner la pluie parce que ton peuple aura péché contre toi, si ce peuple prie en ce lieu, s’il te loue et se détourne de ses fautes, après que tu l’as affligé,

“Kon indi mo pagpaulanon tungod kay nakasala sa imo ang imo katawhan, kag kon magpangamuyo sila nga nagaatubang sa sini nga templo kag magdayaw sa imo, kag maghinulsol sa ila mga sala tungod kay ginsilutan mo sila,

“또 그들의 죄 때문에 하늘이 닫히고 비가 내리지 않아서 그들이 이 곳을 향해 기도하고 주의 이름을 부르며 회개하면

Als de hemel is gesloten en het niet regent omdat wij hebben gezondigd en wij naar deze tempel gericht bidden, U onze God noemen en wij ons bekeren van onze zonden nadat U ons hebt gestraft,

“Quando se fechar o céu, e não houver chuva por haver o teu povo pecado contra ti, e o teu povo, voltado para este lugar, invocar o teu nome e afastar-se do seu pecado por o haveres castigado,

Când cerul va fi închis şi nu va mai fi ploaie, pentru că au păcătuit împotriva Ta, iar ei se vor ruga înspre acest loc, vor da slavă Numelui Tău şi se vor întoarce de la păcatul lor, pentru că i-ai pedepsit,

När himlen stängs, så att det inte regnar på grund av att de har syndat mot dig, och om de då ber, vända mot denna plats, och bekänner ditt namn och vänder om från sin synd när du har straffat dem,
