2 Chronicles 6:23

then hear from heaven and act and judge Your servants, punishing the wicked by bringing his conduct on his own head, and providing justice to the righteous by giving to him in accordance with his righteousness (innocence).

Then hear thou from heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, by requiting the wicked, by recompensing his way upon his own head; and by justifying the righteous, by giving him according to his righteousness.

Listen from heaven and act; judge your servants, making the offender pay for the offenseAnd set the offended free, dismissing all charges. 24-25 When your people Israel are beaten by an enemy because they’ve sinned against you, but then turn to you and acknowledge your rule in prayers desperate and devout in this Temple, Listen from your home in heaven; forgive the sin of your people Israel, return them to the land you gave to them and their ancestors. 26-27 When the skies shrivel up and there is no rain because your people have sinned against you, but then they pray at this place, acknowledging your rule and quit their sins because you have scourged them, Listen from your home in heaven,forgive the sins of your servants, your people Israel.Then start over with them;train them to live right and well;Send rain on the landyou gave as inheritance to your people. 28-31 When disasters strike, famine or catastrophe, crop failure or disease, locust or beetle, or when an enemy attacks their defenses—calamity of any sort—any prayer that’s prayed from anyone at all among your people Israel, their hearts penetrated by disaster, hands and arms thrown out for help to this Temple, Listen from your home in heaven, forgive and reward us:reward each life and circumstance,For you know each life from the inside,(you’re the only one with such inside knowledge!),So they’ll live before you in lifelong reverence and believingobedience on this land you gave our ancestors.

When they do, listen to them from heaven. Take action. Judge between the person and their neighbor. Pay back the guilty one. Do to them what they have done to their neighbor. Deal with the one who isn’t guilty in a way that shows they are free from blame. That will prove they aren’t guilty.

فَاسْتَمِعْ أَنْتَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَاعْمَلْ وَاقْضِ بَيْنَ عَبِيدِكَ، إِذْ تَدِينُ الْمُذْنِبَ، فَتُعَاقِبُهُ عَلَى شَرِّهِ وَتُنْصِفُ الْبَارَّ وَتُنْعِمُ عَلَيْهِ حَسَبَ بِرِّهِ.

dann höre du im Himmel, was er sagt, und sorge für Recht: Entlarve und bestrafe ihn, wenn er schuldig ist; wenn er aber unschuldig ist, verschaffe ihm Gerechtigkeit! 24-25 Wenn die Israeliten von Feinden besiegt werden, weil sie gegen dich gesündigt haben, und sie dann ihre Schuld einsehen und dich wieder als ihren Gott loben, so höre sie im Himmel! Vergib deinem Volk Israel die Schuld, wenn sie hier im Tempel zu dir beten und dich um Hilfe anflehen! Bring sie wieder zurück in das Land, das du einst ihnen und ihren Vorfahren geschenkt hast! 26-27 Wenn es einmal lange Zeit nicht regnet, weil sie gegen dich gesündigt haben, und sie dann zu diesem Tempel gewandt beten und dich wieder als ihren Gott loben, so höre sie im Himmel! Wenn sie von ihren falschen Wegen umkehren, weil du sie bestraft und zur Einsicht gebracht hast, dann vergib deinem Volk und seinen Königen ihre Schuld! Denn du zeigst ihnen, wie sie ein Leben führen können, das dir gefällt. Lass es wieder regnen auf das Land, das du deinem Volk als bleibenden Besitz gegeben hast!

주는 하늘에서 들으시고 옳고 그른 것을 판단하셔서 그가 행한 대로 갚아 주소서.

求你从天上垂听，在你众仆人当中施行审判，按他们的行为罚恶赏善。
