2 Chronicles 17:6

His heart was encouraged and he took great pride in the ways of the Lord; moreover, he again removed the high places [of pagan worship] and the Asherim from Judah.

وَامْتَلأَ قَلْبُهُ قُوَّةً بِالرَّبِّ فَسَلَكَ فِي طُرُقِهِ، وَاسْتَأْصَلَ أَيْضاً الْمُرْتَفَعَاتِ وَتَمَاثِيلَ عَشْتَارُوثَ مِنْ يَهُوذَا.

Zij namen kopieën van het wetboek van de Here mee naar alle steden van Juda om de mensen erin te onderwijzen.

Han vandrade med stolthet på Herrens väg och avskaffade offerplatserna och asherapålarna i Juda.

เยโฮชาฟัททรงปักใจแน่วแน่ในทางขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ยิ่งกว่านั้นพระองค์ทรงกำจัดสถานบูชาบนที่สูงทั้งหลายและบรรดาเสาเจ้าแม่อาเชราห์ออกจากยูดาห์ด้วย

他专心遵行耶和华的道，铲除犹大境内的丘坛和亚舍拉神像。
