وَصَنَعَ آسَا كُلَّ مَا هُوَ صَالِحٌ وَقَوِيمٌ فِي عَيْنَيِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِهِ.

Han nedbrød afgudsaltrene på offerhøjene og ødelagde frugtbarhedspælene og Asherapælene.

Er zerstörte die Götzenaltäre und Opferstätten und riss die heiligen Steine und Holzpfähle nieder, die anderen Göttern geweiht waren.
