1 Samuel 9:21

Saul replied, “Am I not a Benjamite, of [b]the smallest of the tribes of Israel? And is not my family the smallest of all the families of the tribe of Benjamin? Why then have you spoken this way to me [as if I were very important]?”

And Saul answered and said, Am not I a Benjamite, of the smallest of the tribes of Israel? and my family the least of all the families of the tribe of Benjamin? wherefore then speakest thou so to me?

Saul answered, “But I’m only a Benjaminite, from the smallest of Israel’s tribes, and from the most insignificant clan in the tribe at that. Why are you talking to me like this?” 22-23 Samuel took Saul and his servant and led them into the dining hall at the shrine and seated them at the head of the table. There were about thirty guests. Then Samuel directed the chef, “Bring the choice cut I pointed out to you, the one I told you to reserve.”

Saul replied, “Am I not a Benjamite, of the smallest of the tribes of Israel, and my family the least of all the families of the [e]tribe of Benjamin? Why then do you speak to me in this way?”

Saul answered, “But I’m from the tribe of Benjamin. It’s the smallest tribe in Israel. And my family group is the least important in the whole tribe of Benjamin. So why are you saying that to me?”

Saul answered, “But am I not a Benjamite, from the smallest tribe of Israel, and is not my clan the least of all the clans of the tribe of Benjamin? Why do you say such a thing to me?”

Saul answered, ‘But am I not a Benjaminite, from the smallest tribe of Israel, and is not my clan the least of all the clans of the tribe of Benjamin? Why do you say such a thing to me?’

Saul replied, “But I’m only from the tribe of Benjamin, the smallest tribe in Israel, and my family is the least important of all the families of that tribe! Why are you talking like this to me?”

فَأَجَابَ شَاوُلُ: «يَا سَيِّدِي، أَنَا أَنْتَمِي لِسِبْطِ بِنْيَامِينَ، أَصْغَرِ أَسْبَاطِ إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَعَشِيرَتِي أَصْغَرُ عَشَائِرِ بِنْيَامِينَ شَأْناً، فَلِمَاذَا تُحَدِّثُنِي بِمِثْلِ هَذَا الْكَلامِ؟».

„Hvordan kan du sige sådan noget,” indvendte Saul. „Jeg er jo fra Benjamins stamme, den mindste i hele Israel. Og min slægt er den mest ubetydelige i hele stammen!”

Erstaunt erwiderte Saul: »Wie kommst du darauf? Ich bin doch nur ein Benjaminiter, ich gehöre zum kleinsten und unbedeutendsten Stamm Israels, und meine Sippe ist eine der kleinsten von ganz Benjamin.«

―¿Por qué me dices eso? —respondió Saúl—. ¿No soy yo de la tribu de Benjamín, que es la más pequeña de Israel? ¿Y no es mi familia la más insignificante de la tribu de Benjamín?

—¿Por qué me dices eso? —respondió Saúl—. ¿No soy yo de la tribu de Benjamín, que es la más pequeña de Israel? ¿Y no es mi familia la más insignificante de la tribu de Benjamín?

Saül répliqua : Que dis-tu là ? Ne suis-je pas un Benjaminite, de la plus petite des tribus d’Israël, et ma famille n’est-elle pas la moins importante de toutes celles de ma tribu ? Pourquoi parles-tu donc de cette manière ?

Nagsabat si Saul, “Pero naghalin lang ako sa tribo ni Benjamin, ang pinakagamay nga tribo sang Israel, kag ang amon pamilya amo ang pinakakubos sa amon tribo. Ngaa nagasiling ka sina sa akon?”

“별말씀을 다하십니다. 나는 이스라엘 지파 중에서도 가장 작은 베냐민 지파 출신이며 게다가 우리 가족은 우리 지파의 모든 집안 중에서도 가장 보잘것없는 집안인데 어째서 나에게 이런 말씀을 하십니까?”

‘Neem mij niet kwalijk, meneer,’ zei Saul, ‘maar ik ben van de stam Benjamin, de kleinste van Israël, en mijn familie is de onbelangrijkste van alle stamfamilies! Waarom spreekt u zo tegen mij?’

Saul respondeu: “Acaso não sou eu um benjamita, da menor das tribos de Israel, e não é o meu clã o mais insignificante de todos os clãs da tribo de Benjamim? Por que estás me dizendo tudo isso?”

“Perdão, senhor”, replicou Saul. “Eu sou da tribo de Benjamim, a mais pequena de Israel, e a minha família é a menos importante da tribo. Deves estar enganado!”

Dar Saul i-a răspuns:– Nu sunt eu oare un beniamit, din cea mai mică seminţie din Israel? Şi clanul meu nu este cel mai neînsemnat dintre toate clanurile seminţiei lui Beniamin? De ce îmi vorbeşti în felul acesta?

– Но разве я не из рода Вениамина, наименьшего рода в Исраиле, – ответил Шаул, – и разве мой клан не последний среди всех кланов рода Вениамина? К чему же ты говоришь мне такое?

– Но разве я не из рода Вениамина, наименьшего рода в Исраиле, – ответил Шаул, – и разве мой клан не последний среди всех кланов рода Вениамина? К чему же ты говоришь мне такое?

– Но разве я не из Вениамина, наименьшего рода в Израиле, – ответил Саул, – и разве мой клан не последний среди всех кланов рода Вениамина? К чему же ты говоришь мне такое?

Saul sa: ”Jag är från Benjamins stam, den minsta av Israels stammar, och min släkt är den oansenligaste av alla i stammen! Varför talar du så till mig?”

ซาอูลตอบว่า “แต่ว่าข้าพเจ้าเป็นคนเบนยามินซึ่งเป็นเผ่าเล็กน้อยที่สุดของอิสราเอลไม่ใช่หรือ? และตระกูลของข้าพเจ้าก็เล็กที่สุดในบรรดาตระกูลในเผ่าเบนยามินไม่ใช่หรือ? เหตุใดท่านจึงกล่าวกับข้าพเจ้าเช่นนั้น?”

扫罗答道：“我来自以色列最小的便雅悯支派，我的家族在便雅悯支派中最小，你何出此言？”

扫 罗 说 ： 我 不 是 以 色 列 支 派 中 至 小 的 便 雅 悯 人 麽 ？ 我 家 不 是 便 雅 悯 支 派 中 至 小 的 家 麽 ？ 你 为 何 对 我 说 这 样 的 话 呢 ？

掃羅答道：「我來自以色列最小的便雅憫支派，我的家族在便雅憫支派中最小，你何出此言？」
