1 Samuel 6:4

Then they said, “What shall the guilt offering be which we shall return to Him?” They answered, “[a]Five golden tumors and five golden mice, according to the number of the lords (governors) of the Philistines, for one plague was on all of you and on your lords.

Then said they, What shall be the trespass offering which we shall return to him? They answered, Five golden emerods, and five golden mice, according to the number of the lords of the Philistines: for one plague was on you all, and on your lords.

Then they said, “What shall be the guilt offering which we shall return to Him?” And they said, “Five golden tumors and five golden mice according to the number of the lords of the Philistines, for one plague was on all of [c]you and on your lords.

The Philistines asked, “What guilt offering should we send to him?”Their advisers replied, “There are five Philistine rulers. So send five gold rats. Also send five gold models of the growths in your bodies. Do it because the same plague has struck you and your rulers alike.

فَسَأَلُوهُمْ: «وَمَا هُوَ قُرْبَانُ الإِثْمِ الَّذِي نُرْسِلُهُ؟» فَأَجَابُوا: «أَرْسِلُوا بِحَسَبِ عَدَدِ أَقْطَابِ الْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ خَمْسَةَ نَمَاذِجَ ذَهَبِيَّةٍ لِلْبَوَاسِيرِ، وَخَمْسَةَ نَمَاذِجَ ذَهَبِيَّةٍ لِلْفِئْرَانِ، لأَنَّ الْكَارِثَةَ الَّتِي ابْتُلِيتُمْ بِها وَاحِدِةٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَعَلى أَقْطَابِكُمْ.

»Was für ein Sühnegeschenk sollen wir ihm denn geben?«, fragten sie. Da schlugen die Priester und Wahrsager vor: »Fünf Fürsten stehen an der Spitze der Philister. Stellt also fünf goldene Abbilder der Geschwülste, die euch quälen, und fünf goldene Feldmäuse her. Denn ihr alle, Fürsten und Volk, habt unter der gleichen Plage gelitten.
