1 Samuel 20:4

Then Jonathan said to David, “Whatever you say, I will do for you.”

Then said Jonathan unto David, Whatsoever thy soul desireth, I will even do it for thee.

Jonathan said, “Tell me what you have in mind. I’ll do anything for you.” 5-8 David said, “Tomorrow marks the New Moon. I’m scheduled to eat dinner with the king. Instead, I’ll go hide in the field until the evening of the third. If your father misses me, say, ‘David asked if he could run down to Bethlehem, his hometown, for an anniversary reunion, and worship with his family.’ If he says, ‘Good!’ then I’m safe. But if he gets angry, you’ll know for sure that he’s made up his mind to kill me. Oh, stick with me in this. You’ve entered into a covenant of God with me, remember! If I’m in the wrong, go ahead and kill me yourself. Why bother giving me up to your father?”

Then Jonathan said to David, “Whatever [e]you say, I will do for you.”

Jonathan said to David, “I’ll do anything you want me to do for you.”

Jonathan said to David, “Whatever you want me to do, I’ll do for you.”

Jonathan said to David, ‘Whatever you want me to do, I’ll do for you.’

“Tell me what I can do to help you,” Jonathan exclaimed.

فَأَجَابَ يُونَاثَانُ: «مَهْمَا تَطْلُبْهُ نَفْسُكَ أَفْعَلْهُ لَكَ».

„Hvad vil du have, jeg skal gøre?” spurgte Jonatan.

Jonatan erklärte: »Ich will alles für dich tun.«

Jônatas disse a Davi: “Eu farei o que você achar necessário”.

Jónatas respondeu-lhe: “Farei tudo o que puder por ti.”

– Voi face pentru tine tot ceea ce doreşti, i-a spus Ionatan lui David.
