1 Kings 8:31

“If a man sins against his neighbor and is made to take an oath [of innocence] and he comes to take the oath before Your altar in this house (temple),

If any man trespass against his neighbour, and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear, and the oath come before thine altar in this house:

“Suppose someone does something wrong to their neighbor. And the person who has done something wrong is required to give their word. They must tell the truth about what they have done. They must come and do it in front of your altar in this temple.

وَإِنْ أَخْطَأَ أَحَدٌ إِلَى صَاحِبِهِ، وَأَوْجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْيَمِينَ لِيَحْلِفَهُ، وَحَضَرَ لِيَحْلِفَ أَمَامَ مَذْبَحِكَ فِي هَذَا الْهَيْكَلِ،

Als een man wordt beschuldigd van een misdaad en hier, staande voor uw altaar, zweert dat hij het niet heeft gedaan,

“如果有人得罪邻舍，被叫到这殿中，在你的坛前起誓，

人 若 得 罪 邻 舍 ， 有 人 叫 他 起 誓 ， 他 来 到 这 殿 在 你 的 坛 前 起 誓 ，
